The facility includes 20 one-bedroom units, approximately 540 square feet in size.
Our Residents
Southbound Senior Residence is sponsored by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD residents typically pay 30% of their gross income—less approved HUD deductions such as medical expenses—in rent.
Residents must be at least 62 years old and must meet HUD income guidelines.
